Job Description

Our client is seeking a candidate with the ability to help shape & influence their Customer Service strategy. You will be expected to deal with customer complaints and complex queries, whilst managing escalations from the customer service agents, liaise with suppliers, technical, quality and factory teams to resolve customer queries and complaints, support the launch of new products, take ownership of customer service general information instructions, champion the customer experience and support the marketing team as required.

You must have a experience in dealing with escalations and complaints, strong written & verbal communication skills, proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), able to use your own initiative to resolve queries and a strong ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels within the business

Passionate about customer care, outgoing personality with a positive approach to resolving issues, a good team player, self-motivated, and a flexible approach to the role and how it may develop over time
