Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for one of our client’s service centre’s in Holsworthy. Our client has been trading throughout the Devon and Cornwall area for many years.

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to run their busy office in Holsworthy. The successful applicant will need to be helpful, organised and competent in managing the office and be able to work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties including letter and email correspondence
• VAT, Sales/Purchase Ledgers Management
• Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages
• Responsible for Banking/Cash Book
• Undertake relevant training and development as required.

To be considered for this Office Administrator role, you will ideally need the following experience and attributes:

• Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner essential
• Previous administration experience
• Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Experience working with Ibcos Gold system would be an advantage
• Applicants must have a full driving licence
• High level of accuracy and consistency
• Organisational skills.

This is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.

Excellent rate of pay which is negotiable.
