Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk for a highly successful company in Holsworthy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s payroll as well as other accountancy duties.
Payroll duties include –
• Collection and update of weekly clocking reports from Time and Attendance
• Monthly Processing of Wages using 12Pay
• PAYE Monthly Reconciliation and payments
• RTI Reporting
• NEST Pension Administration
• Update personnel records
Purchase Ledger –
• Invoice entry
• Supplier statement reconciliation
Sales Ledger/Credit Control –
• Invoice entry/import using bespoke software
• Credit control
• Remittance reconciliations
• Posting receipts
VAT –
• Quarterly VAT reconciliations
• Updating HMRC with returns

And any other adhoc duties as required. Applicants must have experience with Microsoft products (Excell, word, etc.,) and Sage Line 50 Accounts. This is a full time, permanent position.

Salary range £20k – £25k depending on experience
