Job Description

We are seeking a competent Individual to work in an interesting
and varied position. You will be required to complete daily tasks to the best of your ability which include, updating various Excel
Spreadsheets within the business, organising and managing site deliveries and collections utilising the fleet equipped lorries and sub-contractors, maximise goods transportation, achieve route efficiency whilst understanding client accessibility.

You will form customer relationships to manage mutually acceptable delivery dates, whist considering factory build deadlines, when the site can accept the goods, whilst achieving the customer’s expectations. Schedule maintenance of existing and new buildings, organise site surveys for new customers and interpret the results for access restrictions, maintain the project/product performance database and monitor customer feedback for continuous improvements.

Desirable Skills – Excellent organisation skills;
IT literate including Microsoft Office products: (Especially Excel, Word and Access desirable) – Good communicator –
The Face of customer service

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week.
Nominally 08:00 to 17:00 with a half-hour break

Salary 16K-18K Annually
