Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting a Receptionist to assist in their key customer contact that is crucial to the success of their business. You will be first point of contact for all customers, suppliers and visitors. This will be either by telephone or face-to-face contact and, as such you represent the ‘face’ of the organisation. An office-based qualification such as ECDL or Pitman/Microsoft qualifications in word-processing/spreadsheets/databases would be desirable but not essential Experience of working in a similar role in acomparable environment would be a distinct advantage. Demonstrable computer literacy is essential.

You must be approachable and have a confident manner, an ability to work under pressure, a flexible approach to working hours (holiday cover etc.) and a team spirit. You must be willing to travel to our clients other local businesses to cover reception duties

40 hours per week (core hours exclude Saturday mornings 1:4)
